  • Support data collection, evaluation and project and funding reports.

  • Identify emerging issues and raise them with the Project Lead when needed.
  • Suggest practical ways to improve project systems and the participant experience.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and comfortable working with both people and detail. Your experience may come from project support, program coordination, community engagement, stakeholder engagement, human services, health, aged care or the not-for-profit sector.

You will bring:

  • Experience supporting projects, programs or community-based initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage different priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Practical experience using project tools such as schedules, action lists, records and reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with older people, community organisations and other stakeholders.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, both in person and online.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, consultations or other engagement activities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn systems such as Salesforce.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small project team.

A relevant qualification in project management, community services, human services, social sciences, business, administration or a related area would be an advantage. Relevant experience and demonstrated skills will also be considered.
