The Opportunity
Forget simply scheduling posts and following a content calendar.
We're looking for someone who can bring creativity, strategy and commercial thinking together to build a social media presence that genuinely connects with audiences.
You will own the day-to-day organic social activity, develop engaging content, collaborate with influencers and help shape the brand's digital storytelling.
From conceptualising campaigns to getting behind the camera, you'll be involved in every stage of the creative process.
What you'll be doing:
Create: Conceptualise, shoot and edit engaging Reels, TikToks, photography and social-first content.
Strategise: Drive organic social growth across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn, with an exciting opportunity to develop the brand's TikTok presence.
Inspire: Bring beautiful products, interiors and lifestyle stories to life through compelling visual storytelling.
Collaborate: Build relationships with influencers and content creators, managing partnerships from concept through to execution.
Engage: Grow an authentic online community and create meaningful connections with customers.
Innovate: Stay ahead of emerging trends, experiment with new formats and use performance insights to continuously elevate the brand's social presence.
About You
You'll bring around 3-5 years' experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within retail, lifestyle, interiors, fashion or a consumer-facing brand.
You're someone who can think strategically but isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get creative.
You’ll have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent copywriting skills and the technical confidence to shoot, edit and produce high-quality social content independently.
You understand that great content isn't just about looking beautiful. It's about building communities, influencing consumer behaviour and delivering measurable results.
Most importantly, you're proactive, commercially curious and full of ideas!
