We are seeking experienced forklift drivers to join our teamsin Mildura VIC 3500, Fisherman’s Reach NSW 2441, Atherton QLD 4883, Childers QLD4660 and Walkamin QLD 4872.
Your Role
As a Forklift Driver, you will load and unload produce, transport stock to and from the packhouse, and ensure all forklift operations arecompleted safely and efficiently.
During harvest, you will support the movementof incoming and outgoing produce.
In the off-season, you will assist with generalfarm operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operateforklifts safely within the packing shed and farm environment.
- Loadand unload produce and materials for distribution.
- Transportstock efficiently between storage areas.
- Ensureproduce is stored, secured and handled with care.
- Maintainaccurate forklift operation records and documentation.
- Followtraffic management procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Completeroutine forklift checks and keep equipment and work areas clean.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Current LF forklift licence or equivalent.
- Certificate II or III in a relevant field is desirable.
Experience
- Atleast two years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strongunderstanding of traffic management and compliance requirements.
- Technical and Workplace Skills
- Accuraterecord-keeping and strong attention to detail.
- Commitmentto workplace health and safety requirements.
- Abilityto work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
