Costa Group is seeking a seasoned Pack Shed Manager for our Far North Queensland operations, based in the Atherton region.
You will lead packing shed activities, oversee cooling, storage and dispatch, and align harvest volumes with customer demand to sustain quality and efficiency.
You’ll drive continuous improvement across post-harvest operations, balancing labour, throughput and costs while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
