The COSOL Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance planning services for Australia's mining and resources sector. We specialise in supporting operational success through reliable planning, scheduling, and systems-based solutions.
Due to continued demand across the Bowen Basin, COSOL is seeking Maintenance Planners with experience in Fixed Plant and Heavy Mobile Equipment to support upcoming site-based roles.
About You
- Mechanical trade qualifications or significant site-based experience
- 2+ years' experience in a maintenance planning role within mining or resources
- Proficiency in CMMS platforms such as SAP, Pronto, Ellipse, or similar
- Strong collaboration and communication with reliability and maintenance teams
- Solid understanding of shutdown processes and work management systems
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs for asset performance
- Ability to facilitate planning workshops and liaise across all levels
- A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
