The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Junior Draftsman.
You will need great organisational & communication skills, be able to adapt to changes quickly, work well under pressure and help to maintain & continue to build upon the excellence of our team.
- Key Requirements
- Have Experience in Auto CAD
Should have good familiarity with common Auto CAD commands.
Can use & modify blocks (& dynamic blocks – better).
Familiarity of 3D Cartesian Space
Cosmo draw 99% in 2D, but the candidate must understand how drawn items relate to the 3D world around it.
Current technical & engineering literacy
Have a general understanding of how cranes move or work.
Have a general understanding of building construction & engineering.
Ability to learn new drafting concepts & techniques that may be unorthodox.
The short term goal is to assimilate oneself to the current Cosmo drafting model.
Skills & Attributes
Ability to work under pressure.
Can work on multiple projects at any given time.
Should have good time management & meet KPIs.
Self-motivated.
Should have a strong passion & drive for the job.
Self Confidence.
Ability to show initiative.
Full training will be provided along with support from the Drafting Team for the right candidate.
