Cosmetic Medical Clinic (CMC), established in 2009 and located in Sydney CBD, is seeking a creative, reliable and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a casual, ongoing basis, working three days per week. This position is particularly suited to a current university student studying Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication or a related discipline who wishes to gain practical workplace experience while continuing their studies.
The role primarily involves graphic design, video editing and digital content production, with additional responsibilities in clinic administration, including answering telephone enquiries, assisting with appointments and communicating with clients. We are looking for someone who can work independently, follow instructions, manage deadlines and take pride in producing quality work. Training in clinic administration and internal systems will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design & Digital Content (Primary)
- Create graphics and digital content for YouTube, social media, website and educational materials.
- Assist with website updates using WordPress and Elementor.
- Maintain brand consistency and complete creative projects within agreed deadlines.
- Clinic Administration (Secondary)
- Answer telephone calls and respond professionally to client enquiries.
- Assist with appointments, client correspondence and record management.
- Support daily administrative tasks and follow established clinic procedures.
