About You
- Previous knife hand, boning room, slaughter floor, butchery, or food processing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
