About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead the team at Our Medical Morayfield. You will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency, team performance, and the delivery of an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the busy medical centre, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of administrative and nursing staff, including performance and training
- Build strong working relationships with healthcare providers to support the delivery of high-quality care
- Oversee centre budgets, financial performance, and workforce planning
- Drive a high standard of patient experience and customer service across the centre
- Act as a clear communicator and proactive problem solver
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
About You
- Proven leadership and management experience, with preference given to those with experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse team of staff and healthcare professionals
- Ability to manage a budget and identify key business levers
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient care
- Experienced in workforce recruitment, rostering, training & development
