Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team full-time.
About the Role
Working closely with our broader project delivery team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of sites, including:
- Supervising trades and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinating trades, materials and site requirements with the project team.
- Monitoring project progress and resolving site issues as they arise.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients, trades and internal teams.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring WHS and site requirements are maintained.
- Managing defects and handovers as required.
About You
Ideally, you will have:
- 5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong experience managing trades and subcontractors.
- Commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment experience.
- A trade background, with carpentry highly regarded.
- Strong construction knowledge and the ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused and team-oriented approach.
- Current driver's licence and White Card.
