Salary: Up to $55ph + Super + Vehicle + Overtime + Bonuses
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Maintenance Electrician to join a growing residential maintenance team servicing homes, apartments, and strata properties across the Sydney Metro area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed electrician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and dealing directly with customers.
With a strong pipeline of work, KPI incentives, commission opportunities, and plenty of overtime available, there is significant earning potential on offer.
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, fault finding and installations across residential homes and apartments
- Attending reactive breakdowns and scheduled maintenance works
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently and safely
- Providing excellent customer service while representing the business professionally
- Completing job reports and required documentation accurately
- Working independently across multiple sites throughout Sydney
What we're looking for
- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Previous experience in residential service, maintenance or fault-finding work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well-presented and professional attitude
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
