Working across a high-end asset, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance while helping to ensure the building is presented to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Attending reactive maintenance requests
- General building repairs and maintenance
- Minor carpentry, painting, patching, and building fabric works
- Routine plant and equipment inspections
- Fault finding and basic troubleshooting
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and building management
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements
