Combining strong bid management capability with commercial awareness, you'll help identify opportunities, develop competitive submissions and advise senior management on bid feasibility and strategic fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end bid and tender delivery, from opportunity identification through to submission.

  • Assess tender requirements, risks, resource requirements and commercial viability, providing recommendations to senior management on bid feasibility.
  • Support the development of competitive pricing strategies, with pricing experience highly regarded.
  • Manage tender schedules, deadlines, documentation and submission requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve bid processes, quality and overall win rates.
  • Work closely with the COO and Commercial Manager to align bids with broader business objectives and growth strategies.

About You

  • Experience managing or coordinating complex tenders within a services-based business.
  • Exposure to industrial or commercial waste, environmental services, facilities management or construction services.
  • Strong written communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • The ability to interpret tender documentation, manage competing deadlines and bring multiple stakeholders together.
  • Commercial acumen, with the confidence to assess opportunities and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions.
  • Pricing experience or an understanding of tender pricing models will be highly regarded.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • $160,000 + superannuation.
  • Direct access to senior leadership: Work closely with the COO and Commercial Manager.
  • Meaningful commercial exposure: Contribute to tenders worth up to $10 million and influence key business decisions.
  • A growing business: Join an expanding environmental services organisation with exciting opportunities ahead.
  • Room to make an impact: Take ownership of the bid function and help drive continuous improvement as the business grows.
