Are you a qualified electrician with experience in electrical estimating, quoting or pricing projects?
This is an opportunity to join a growing electrical contracting business looking to expand its operations and build on an established pipeline of work.
You’ll be responsible for estimating and pricing smaller electrical projects, liaising with builders and supporting the successful delivery of jobs. With a small team and plans for future growth, this is an opportunity to join the business at an early stage and play a key role in its development.
The position would suit someone with a strong electrical background who enjoys the commercial side of the industry and is looking for a varied role with the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities over time.
The Role
- Prepare estimates, quotes and pricing for small electrical projects.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Calculate labour, materials and other project costs.
- Liaise with builders, suppliers and other stakeholders to clarify project requirements.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling and coordination once jobs are secured.
- Monitor project costs and progress to support successful delivery.
Requirements
- Qualified electrician with a strong understanding of electrical contracting.
- Experience in electrical estimating, quoting or pricing projects.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and understand project requirements.
