We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated and hardworking Remedial Labourer to join our team on an upcoming project near Balmain. The successful candidate will assist with general remedial construction duties, site preparation, material handling and supporting trades on-site to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- General labouring duties associated with remedial construction works.
- Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day site activities.
- Loading, unloading and moving materials, tools and equipment.
- Site preparation, clean-up and maintaining a safe, tidy work environment.
- Following site safety procedures and directions from supervisors.
- Assisting with other tasks as required throughout the project.
Mandatory Requirements
- Current First Aid Certificate – essential.
- Valid Construction White Card – essential.
- Silica Awareness Course - desirable.
- Previous construction or remedial experience is highly regarded.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
