Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and interpreting automotive and heavy vehicle parts
- Assisting customers with parts enquiries and recommendations
- Sourcing parts, checking availability and preparing quotes
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Providing accurate information on parts, engines and gearboxes
- Supporting the team with day-to-day parts operations
About You:
- Experienced in automotive or heavy vehicle parts, mechanics or a related industry
- A genuine interest in trucks and heavy vehicles
- Good communication and customer service skills
