About the Role
As a Service Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service team, ensuring projects and maintenance works run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general project and administrative support
- Managing customer portals and maintaining service documentation
- Invoicing and clearing work in progress (WIP)
- Coordinating subcontractor works and processing purchase orders
- Supporting the fire services team with daily administrative tasks
About You
- Previous experience in construction administration, trades support, or a similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Experience with Pronto Xi or Click FSE (highly regarded but not essential)
