Receptionist / Service Coordinator

Air Conditioning | $75,000–$85,000 + Super

The Role:

We're looking for a Receptionist / Service Coordinator to join a family-run air conditioning business. Working in a small office alongside the directors and estimator, you'll be responsible for general reception and admin duties, as well as scheduling a team of 6–8 technicians.

The role will suit someone who's organised, good with people and comfortable juggling a few things at once. You'll be dealing with customers, coordinating technicians, managing bookings and keeping on top of paperwork and invoices.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering calls and managing emails.
• Scheduling technicians and coordinating daily jobs.
• Liaising with technicians and customers to organise bookings and updates.
• Processing invoices and keeping job details up to date.
• General admin and reception duties.
• Providing support to the directors and estimator as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in reception, administration or service coordination.
• Building services experience preferred.
• ServiceM8 experience is a big bonus.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, easy-going personality.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, particularly with invoices and job bookings.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.

The Details

• $70,000–$80,000 + super.
• Monday to Friday, generally 9am–4pm, with flexibility around hours.
• Small, family-run business with a friendly office environment.
• Regular team catch-ups and social activities.
• Working directly alongside the directors in a varied admin and coordination role.
