- Lead by example and help Core Talent double in size by building a team of your choosing.

- What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ external agency recruitment experience with strong billing background (Finance, HR, IT, or Business Support advantageous but not essential).
- Experience building or leading a team and the ability to work autonomously.
- Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships and deliver results.
