  • Build, convert, and maintain a robust, high-volume sales pipeline to consistently hit and exceed ambitious revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Track evolving Australian commercial hardscaping trends and consistently research and upskill your knowledge on emerging product innovations and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Represent the business as the go-to for commercial paving sales at key construction industry forums and master builders' events.

About You

  • 5+ years of proven sales or business development experience within stone materials, paving, hardscaping, concrete supply, civil materials, or commercial construction sub-trades.
  • Strong, established network among Tier 1 & Tier 2 head contractors, civil developers, commercial sub-contractors, and council procurement teams.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and civil plans, review project bill of quantities (BOQs), and deliver tailored commercial supply solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-stage tender processes and successfully securing six- and seven-figure commercial contracts.
  • High-energy, self-driven commercial professional with the ability to build a robust pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary package + lucrative commission structure tied directly to commercial project wins.
  • Fully maintained company vehicle, phone, laptop, and client entertainment budget.
  • High level of strategic autonomy to target major commercial developments backed by an established, reputable brand.
