Life Publishing Group is looking for an energetic, motivated and highly organisedOffice & Production Coordinatorto join our busy Whitsundays media team.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love juggling multiple projects and take pride in getting every detail right,we want to meet you!
- Coordinate photo shoots, interviews and creative campaigns.
- Work with photographers, journalists, clients and our Editor in Chief.
- Assist with weekly newspaper and magazine production.
- Keep projects organised, accurate and on deadline.
Office Administration
- Support daily operations alongside our Office Team Leader.
- Manage schedules, administration and competing priorities.
- Maintain accurate records and organised systems.
- Identify ways to improve efficiency and processes.
Distribution Coordination
- Coordinate newspaper distribution teams and schedules.
- Ensure publications reach our communities each week.
- Undertake the Whitsundays distribution run every Thursday from 6.30am.

You'll also need a current driver's licence, the ability to drive a manual vehicle and the physical capability to undertake newspaper distribution.
