About the Role
- We are seeking experienced
- Commercial Carpenters to join our team, with both
Casual and Full-Time positions available .
Our work includes commercial building projects, office and retail fit-outs, refurbishments and general carpentry works across Townsville.
We are looking for reliable, skilled and motivated Carpenters who take pride in their workmanship, have a strong eye for detail and can work confidently both independently and as part of a construction team.
Whether you're looking for ongoing full-time employment or flexible casual work, we have opportunities available to suit the right applicants.

- Typical Work Includes
- Commercial building and construction works.
- Office and retail fit-outs.
- Framing, wall construction and partitioning.
- Door, window and hardware installation.
- Fixing, finishing and general carpentry.
- Installation of internal fixtures and fittings.
- Building refurbishments and alterations.
- Defect rectification and maintenance works.
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- General carpentry activities associated with commercial projects.
Requirements
- Trade qualification in Carpentry.
- Current Construction White Card.
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport.
- Own tools suitable for commercial carpentry work.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Willingness to undergo Drug & Alcohol Screening and Police Check if required.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in commercial construction.
- Experience with commercial building projects and fit-outs.
- Experience with refurbishments and building alterations.
- Knowledge of commercial construction methods and materials.
- Ability to work from detailed construction drawings.
- Working at Heights certification.
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence.
- First Aid Certificate.
