As a Building Supervisor with Coral Homes, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential construction projects across the Sydney region, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on schedule, and to our high-quality standards. Working closely with trades, suppliers, customers, and internal teams, you'll play a key role in creating a positive building experience while maintaining strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oran Park construction office, working 7:30am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30am-3pm on Fridays. Depending on project requirements, this role will involve travel throughout Sydney. A dual cab ute and fuel card are provided.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour.
- Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes.
- Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirements.
- Close liaison between internal and external staff members.
- Close liaison with clients and relationship building.
Skills & Experience
- Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background).
- Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants.
- Site Supervisor Licence (essential).
- Demonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervised.
- Good forward planning / programming / organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent professional and personal presentation.
- Full unencumbered driver's licence (essential).
