IT Support Specialist – DevOps Training in Brisbane

Join our innovative Information Technology team on a 12-monthparental leave contract, where you will play a vital rolesupporting our people and clients.

Working alongside a close-knitand dedicated team, you will provide level 1 and level 2 supportacross the firm, in an entry-level position that offers anexcellent foundation for building your skills and experience withina leading law firm.

The role

As part of our Dev Ops team, you will benefit from formal trainingand on-the-job learning from day one.

You will gain hands-onexperience with the latest technologies, including public andprivate cloud platforms and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.

We are committed to your professional development throughout thecontract and will provide genuine exposure to career pathways inboth Software Engineering and Infrastructure, depending on yourinterests and strengths.

Your responsibilities will include

• Responding to and resolving service desk requests, ensuringa high standard of client service.
• Supporting a range of hardware and software, including Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Assisting with workstation moves, meeting room AV setups, and general IT troubleshooting.
• Prioritising and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver seamless ITsupport across the firm.

About you

• At least one year’s experience in a help desk or desktopsupport role, or two or more years in a customer serviceenvironment with a strong interest in IT.
• Working knowledge of basic computer hardware, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explaintechnical concepts in plain English to users at alllevels.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• The ability to prioritise and execute tasks effectivelyunder pressure.
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
