We are searching for an experienced Project Manager who can deliver civil urban and TMR projects around the Brisbane region. Packages will be generally valued between $5M - $20M. While liaising with the client, you will also be in charge of supervising subcontractors.
We are searching for a Project Manager with:
- a tertiary education
- a steady work history going up through the ranks
- on-site experience delivering projects that consist of bulk earthworks, roadworks, urban development and bridge works, to TMR standards
While reporting to the Operations Manager and supervising Foremen and Engineers, your role will include:
- Planning & programming
- Review of contract documentation
- Monitoring costs against budget
This role will suit a hard-working industry professional with extensive civil construction project experience on small to medium scale projects.
