Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Trainer & Assessor with extensive industry experience in Building and Civil Construction and High Risk Work to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on training role where you'll deliver engaging theoretical and practical training to apprentices, job seekers, existing workers and corporate clients across a range of nationally recognised qualifications, short courses and high-risk work licences.

You'll be supported by an experienced management, compliance and resource development team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training and assessment in building, civil construction and high-risk work courses.
• Facilitate both classroom-based and practical training sessions.
• Conduct competency-based assessments in accordance with national standards.

About You

You are an experienced construction professional who enjoys developing others and maintaining high training standards.

Essential

• Significant industry experience in Building and/or Civil Construction.
• Current High Risk Work expertise and experience delivering or operating high-risk equipment.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Relevant vocational qualifications in your trade or area of expertise.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Ability to deliver engaging practical and theory-based training.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and quality outcomes.

Experience delivering one or more of the following:

• Work Safely at Heights
• Confined Space Entry
• Elevated Work Platform (under 11m EWP)
• Civil Construction plant and equipment
• High Risk Work Licences
