The Role
You will be our first Finance Manager, reporting to the Head of Finance.
You will own the accounting engine of a business that is scaling and going global, and you will be hands-on in the numbers every day.
You will also shape what our finance function becomes: which processes we bring in-house and when, how we automate them, and when we add people to the team.
You will work alongside our Head of Finance, who leads planning, forecasting, capital raising, and the board, and you will provide the actuals and analysis behind that work.
You will work with our auditors, tax advisers, and local providers in new markets, and with teams across the business who rely on clean, timely numbers, including our bank customers when they request financial information.
This role suits someone who wants to do the work themselves and help define its scope.
It is not a role for building and managing a large team in your first year.
