Student Accommodation | Overnight Shifts | Purpose-Driven Support Role
We are currently recruiting Resident Support Officers (RSOs) to work overnight at our new student accommodation site in Melbourne.
This is a modern, people-first safety role that focuses on wellbeing, respect, and community support - not enforcement. You'll play a key role in creating safe, welcoming residential environments where students feel supported after hours.
If you're looking for a meaningful overnight role where empathy, communication, and presence matter just as much as security capability, this could be the perfect opportunity.
