Established in 1996, we’ve connected more wind farms and renewable batteries than any other company. We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join our growing Western Australian team. Working closely with senior management and our project delivery teams, you will provide coordination and administrative support across the project lifecycle, from tendering and bids through to project execution. This is a varied role combining project coordination, tender and bid support, document management and reporting. You will play an important part in supporting current projects while helping the business secure and deliver future opportunities across Western Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate tender and bid submissions, including compiling documentation, preparing proposal packs and managing submission requirements.
  • Work closely with project delivery and estimating teams to coordinate tender inputs, schedules and supporting information.
  • Assist Project Managers with project documentation, reporting, correspondence and administrative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project records, document registers and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations and client-facing documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint and other business systems.
  • Coordinate project information and documentation between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general project coordination support to senior management and the wider WA operations team.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Bid Coordinator or similar project support role.
  • Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities or renewable energy projects will be highly regarded.
  • Experience supporting tender submissions, bid preparation or project delivery activities.
  • An understanding of project lifecycles, documentation and project delivery processes.
  • Strong document management, reporting and administrative coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio and particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to produce professional presentations and tender documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently and support multiple projects.

At CPP, we value our people above all else. We’re dedicated to investing in and developing your talent to help you reach your full potential. By joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to work on industry-leading projects and access the latest technologies. We foster a culture of innovation and welcome fresh ideas.

Benefits include:

  • Above-market salary package with annual reviews.
  • Annual bonus, discretionary based on individual and business performance.
  • Flexible working options, with the ability to work from home.
  • Access to study assistance for continuous development, and a strong focus on internal promotions.
  • 16 weeks paid primary parental leave and 6 weeks paid secondary parental leave.
  • Up to 2 weeks of purchased leave.
  • Access to premium AI subscriptions to help you work smarter.
  • Choice between an iPhone or Samsung mobile.
  • Generous employee referral program up to $4,000.
  • Access to an extensive benefits and discounts program with savings at over 400 retailers.
