What You'll Be Doing (and Why You'll Love It):
You'll be the driving force behind our NSW presence - winning projects, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring flawless delivery across building services and fire safety engineering. From the outset, you'll recruit and mentor a high-performing local team, embed our collaborative culture, and spearhead growth in key sectors where we already have a strong track record.
This Is for You If You Have:
- 12-15+ years in building services engineering (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or fire)
- A strong Sydney network and proven history of winning work in at least one of our core sectors
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
- Commercial acumen and the confidence to balance technical leadership with business growth responsibilities
