Connected People is partnering with a national professional services firm to recruit a Team Assistant for its Sydney Commercial practice.
The role
You’ll work closely with a Partner and the broader Commercial team, providing day-to-day administrative and team support across a busy portfolio of work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and formatting correspondence and documents
- Managing diaries, meetings, key dates and deadlines
- Billing and general financial administration
- Opening, maintaining and closing files
- Assisting with client reporting and document management
- Managing calls, emails and stakeholder enquiries
- Coordinating travel and general team administration
- Conducting company and regulatory searches
- Supporting the team to keep work organised and progressing
About you
You may already be working as an Administrator, Team Assistant, Practice Assistant, Legal Assistant, Client Services Officer or similar.
You’ll ideally bring experience from a law firm, accounting, financial services, advisory, consulting or another professional services environment, and be comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
