About the role
Conly Peninsula is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter / Foreman to join our team delivering bespoke luxury architectural homes across the Mornington Peninsula. You will take ownership of your site, organise daily works alongside the project coordinator/construction manager, and coordinate trades to deliver exceptional results.

- Deliver one-off architectural homes where craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail matter
- Take ownership of your site and organise daily works
- Coordinate trades with support to complete works on time and to the highest standard
About you
- Trade-qualified carpenter with 5 years post apprenticeship experience in high-end residential construction
- Experience leading trades and coordinating site activities
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude, natural leadership ability and pride in delivering quality work
