Conlan Facility Services is looking for cleaners to join our team. We clean high-end offices and retail stores across Melbourne. Our clients expect their spaces to look immaculate every single time, and so do we.
This is casual evening work, plus Saturdays, at 6–15 hours per week. Evening shifts start from 6pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays.
Key responsibilities:
- Clean high-end office and retail spaces to a premium standard
- Work evening shifts starting from 6pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays
- Travel between sites in Port Melbourne, the CBD and North Melbourne
- Use the rostering and communication app on your smartphone
- Work on your own or in a small team
About you:
- Saturday availability is essential
- Obsessed with detail and take real pride in your work
- Hardworking, punctual and reliable
- Professional and respectful in premium client spaces
- Happy working on your own or in a small team
- Valid working rights in Australia
- A smartphone (iOS/Android) for our rostering and communication app
- National Police Check, or willingness to get one
- Driver's licence and own car
- Previous commercial or high-end cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
Award casual rates, plus evening and Saturday penalty rates. Super paid on top of your wage. Uniform and PPE provided. All cleaning products and equipment supplied. Paid training from day one. A clear pathway to a Supervisor or Cleaning Trainer role, with a pay rise to match. Regular sites, so you get to know your clients and your routine.
