Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings.
- Assist with community access, transport, and social participation.
- Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance.
- Promote independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in Disability Support or Aged Care preferred.
- Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check.
- First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Driver's licence + reliable car + Comprehensive Insurance.
- Full Australian Working Rights.
