CD Precision Engineering is seeking an experienced Engineering Workshop Manager.

Desirable attributes to be a successful applicant include:
- Operational Management Experience – ability to Supervise staff and daily operations of a large and diverse workshop, manage workflows and the usage and maintenance of all workshop infrastructure and assets, ensure high-quality output.
- Team Leadership – Mentor and lead all workshop employees while fostering a safe, productive environment.
- Maintenance and Compliance – Ensure all operations meet safety regulations and technical standards, managing preventative maintenance for machinery and equipment. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Standards
- Trade Qualifications and experience. Ability to operate CNC lathes, borers and milling machines would be an advantage
- Interpreting plans, drawings and specifications, and providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve construction and production requirements
- Promote Condamine Drilling and CD Precision Engineering’s quality services to Industry and the general public
