FORMWORKER / CONCRETE FINISHER

Join a team that takes pride in doing things properly.

At Concretum, we specialise in technical, decorative, and architecturally detailed in-situ concrete - curved structures, skateparks, shotcrete, tiered seating, stairs, walls, and other projects that require precision and care.

We're dedicated to quality, craftsmanship, and professional delivery, and we're looking for a Formworker / Concrete Finisher who values those same principles.

About You

You're someone who takes pride in the work you produce - not just the finished surface, but the process behind it.

You're a strong fit if:

You have experience in formwork, steel fixing, and concrete finishing, particularly on complex, detailed, or architectural projects.
You care deeply about accuracy, clean workmanship, and producing consistent, high-quality results.
You value professionalism, reliability, and good communication on site.
You enjoy learning, improving, and being part of a team that approaches work the right way.
You want to contribute to a company that delivers work built to last — and built with pride.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

Build and finish architectural and technical concrete elements to a high standard.
Work on projects where detail, accuracy, and good formwork practice make all the difference.
Collaborate with a team that is focused, supportive, and committed to doing quality work.
Uphold strong safety, quality, and presentation standards on every job.
Be part of a culture that values respect, growth, and pride in craftsmanship.

This role suits someone who wants to work on meaningful projects and continue developing their skills in a professional environment.
