Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support, including managing enquiries, bookings and data entry




• Answer and manage incoming phone calls




• Deliver a high level of customer service




• Assist drivers with dispatch enquiries




• Coordinate and organise freight pickupsMaintain accurate records across internal systems




• Handle freight and safely lift items weighing up to 20 kg




• Support the wider team with daily operational requirements

To be considered, you will have:

• Previous administration or customer service experience




• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




• A professional and customer-focused approach




• Confidence working in a busy or high-pressure environment




• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail




• Ability to work effectively within a small team




• A reliable, motivated and supportive attitude




• Ability to safely lift items weighing up to 20 kg
