Supporting a large, fast-paced region, this varied role combines administration, customer service and day-to-day operational support. You will join a collaborative team where you can build your skills through full on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and bookings across phone, email, SMS and face-to-face interactions
- Complete data entry, maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support
- Assist with dispatch enquiries and coordinate customer pickups
- Provide freight solutions and assist with delivery address enquiries
- Support daily operational activities, including handling freight and lifting items up to 20kg when required
To be considered, you will have:
- Previous customer service experience in a busy environment
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and confident approach when managing challenging enquiries
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- The ability to work independently and contribute to a small team
- The ability to safely handle freight weighing up to 20kg when required
