CompuTracts Pty Ltd (Business Name: Connect One Recruitment) is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Canberra, ACT for a 6-month contract. The hourly rate is $140 inclusive of Superannuation.
The Business Analyst will provide high-level advice and support to achieve quality and timely completion of the project. This role focuses on supporting transition Project Management and change management to move to full government network/activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of a team and provide guidance to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness of the project.
- Contribute to positive engagement with a range of stakeholders across ACT Government directorates and with ICT suppliers associated with the project.
- Lead the analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining relationships with complex stakeholders including technical and non-technical interests to achieve a successful outcome.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate the work, priorities and outputs of a project team in the delivery of high-quality outputs; focusing on the North Canberra Hospital Campus.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within complex projects or programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
