Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for a new opportunity? We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our clients warehouse team and ensure day‑to‑day operations run safely, efficiently and smoothly.

About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, including picking, dispatch, receiving and storing goods. You’ll play an important role in supporting the warehouse team, maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support warehouse staff across picking, dispatch and inwards goods.
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage and movement of stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are managed effectively.
- Ensure pick faces are replenished and stock is readily available.
- Coordinate the accurate picking, preparation and dispatch of customer orders.
- Operate forklifts and other materials-handling equipment as required.
- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment.
- Assist with customer enquiries and provide a high level of service.
- Ensure relevant documentation, payment processes and procedures are followed.
- Lead by example, coaching and supporting team members to achieve operational targets.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a practical and proactive leader who can balance hands‑on warehouse duties with supervising and supporting a team.
You will ideally bring:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and stock management.
- A current forklift licence and a good driving record.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A strong focus on workplace health and safety.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- A customer‑focused, results‑driven approach.
- The ability to motivate a team, solve problems and lead by example.
