Our client requests experienced support workers in the Wollongong area to assist to achieve goals, maximise potential for independence and live his best life within the community.
We are looking for staff available on Tuesdays and Fridays and who are able to pick up additional shifts as required.
Duties may include however are not limited to
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Planning for weekly/monthly appointments
- Reviewing home exercise programs (Physio, OT, SP)
- Supporting attendance at appointments
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
- National Police Check
- Driver Licence
- Registered and insured car
- Working rights in Australia
Preferred but not essential
- Experience working with participants with a Brain Injury preferred
- You will be paid for all your training
