Complete Care Team Queensland – Toowoomba QLD
Complete Care Team is seeking support workers to work regular rosters with clients in the Toowoomba and Warwick areas. We support clients residing in their own homes, providing In Home Care as well as assisting them to access the community. We provide 24 hour care to clients, seven days a week, caring for clients in both SIL and SDA homes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in-home care to clients with regular and complex care needs
- Assist clients to access the community
- Support clients in SIL and SDA homes
- Remain vigilant and attentive to client needs
- Follow individualised support plans provided for each client
About you
- Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Card
- National Police Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Calm and compassionate
- Enthusiastic, caring and dedicated
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to follow direction
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
