Complete Care Assist is seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team to work with a participant needing native Tongan speakers.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, community access, and daily living supports
- Work across a variety of support settings including in home and community access
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain reliability, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality care
About you:
- Experience supporting people with disability across a variety of support settings
- Confidence providing personal care, community access, and daily living supports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, person-centred approach to support
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Full working rights
