Compassion Australia is seeking a Philanthropy Officer – Major Gifts to build and grow relationships with major donors, leading personalised engagement to increase impact. You’ll join the Major Giver Team, reporting to the Strategic Giving Partnerships Lead, and cultivate partnerships with donors, volunteers and advocates to deliver outcomes.
You will work in a hybrid role based in Brisbane or Sydney, with a preference for Brisbane, leveraging CRM insights to meet fundraising targets and advance.
