Be responsible for leading Food & Beverage operations while supporting Housekeeping and Night Concierge functions.
The role offers a diverse mix of people leadership, rostering, training, guest service and operational management within a premium conference and accommodation environment.
- THE POSITION
- Oversee your team and lead from the front to demonstrate exceptional service standards
- Ensure that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion for all meetings and oversee Boardroom and Café operations
- People leadership, guest service, administration and operational management
- Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
- Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility
- THE PERSON
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in hospitality, hotels, conferencing, accommodation, food service or a related service environment
- Experience managing and coordinating staff across multiple operational areas
- Experience working in compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
- Computer literacy, including email and basic administrative systems
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- RSA certified, Food Safety certification (or ability to obtain)
- National Police Check or able to obtain one
