The Role!
We are seeking an experienced Venue Coordinator for our corporate functions and events center based in Kirribilli, Sydney!

The Position:
- Client management, event planning and operational set up to deliver successful functions
- Conduct regular site inspections, client follow-ups and liaison, creating detailed event orders, floor-plans and invoicing
- Work co-cooperatively with the rest of the operations and kitchen teams in regard to handing over functions to ensure seamless delivery
- Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedback
- Working directly with preferred suppliers where required
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team and drive for success
The Person:
- Proven experience in event coordination, venue management, or a similar operational role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment, catering, and event technology is advantageous
