Located in Barton, ACT.
THE POSITION
- Utilise your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees.
- Speed, efficiency and A+ quality is vital as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings.
- People leadership, guest service, administration and operational management.
- Lead the barista and food services operations.
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all employees and clients on site.
THE PERSON
- We’re after experienced Baristas (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees, with speed!
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation.
- Looking to be upskilled in managerial developments.
- Excellent social skills and ability to maintain casual conversation.
- RSA certified, Food Safety certification (or ability to obtain).
- Full time Australian working rights (Due to the setting of this environment the successful candidate will be required to obtain a National Police Check).
