ESS is seeking a highly organised Central Hub Logistics Coordinator to support our national remote site operations. Working closely with Operations, Procurement, Commercial, Culinary, Finance, and supplier partners, you'll help ensure remote villages receive the right products at the right time and cost. This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration, inventory management, or hospitality/culinary support services who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate food ordering and logistics requirements across remote operations
- Support inventory management and food budget performance
- Analyse purchasing data
- Produce reports on food costs, supplier performance, compliance, and supply chain risks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
