The Position
- Lead and support front-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily service.
- Maintain high presentation, cleanliness and service standards throughout the lounge.
- Coordinate food and beverage service, including buffet and beverage station management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest enquiries.
- Support, coach and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
- Assist with opening, closing and shift management responsibilities.
The Person
- Previous hospitality leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Reliable, professional and adaptable to changing operational demands.
- Ability to work effectively during busy periods and across a variety of shifts.
- Willingness to undergo required airport security and background checks.
