Overview
ServiceNow CRM Data Migration Lead (NV1) – Canberra Contract – Join a high-impact CRM program where you'll take ownership of data migration and governance across multiple systems, driving accurate, secure, and compliant data consolidation in a PROTECTED environment. You'll work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to shape the migration approach, uplift data quality, and ensure the platform is ready for adoption and future growth.
Location: Canberra, ACT
- Contract Duration: ASAP start to 30 June 2026 (with possible extensions)
- Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold a current NV1 clearance
- Closing Date: 10:00am Monday 02 February 2026
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data migration planning, execution support, and post-migration verification
- Produce key artefacts including data mapping, validation checklists, and quality assessment reports
- Establish and maintain data governance practices (including de-duplication & harmonisation)
- Run stakeholder sessions to confirm data requirements, rules, and acceptance outcomes
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing data migration and data governance on enterprise platforms
- Strong capability producing migration documentation (plans, mapping, quality & validation reports)
- Confident stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
- Experience working in secure / regulated environments with strong compliance focus
